Question 1

How does the free first scoop work?

Accepted Answer

When you sign up for weekly or twice-weekly service, your very first visit — including a full yard cleanup and lawn deodorizer treatment — is completely free. No catch, no credit card needed upfront.

Question 2

Do I need to be home during the service?

Accepted Answer

No. Most of our customers are at work or running errands. We enter through your gate, scoop the yard, lock up behind us, and send you time-stamped photo proof when we're done.

Question 3

What if you miss a spot?

Accepted Answer

That's what our Poop-Free Guarantee is for. If we ever miss anything, just let us know and we'll come back to fix it — free of charge, no questions asked.

Question 4

Are there any contracts or cancellation fees?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely not. No contracts, no cancellation fees, no hidden charges. You can pause, skip a week, or cancel at any time.

Question 5

How much does pet waste removal cost?

Accepted Answer

Weekly service starts at $24/week for one dog. Lot size and additional dogs may adjust the weekly rate. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and one-time cleanup options.

Question 6

What happens to the dog waste?

Accepted Answer

We bag everything up and haul it away with us. You never have to deal with it. We use heavy-duty, eco-friendly bags and dispose of waste properly off-site.

Question 7

Do you service commercial properties or HOAs?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We offer commercial pet waste station installation and maintenance, as well as regular scooping for apartment complexes, HOA common areas, and dog parks.
